  1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation & payment.
  • During peak periods, launches or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, weather conditions or regional accessibility.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500.
  • For orders below ₹500:
  • Bangalore: ₹40
  • Outstation: ₹75
  • Standard shipping charges apply if the minimum cart value is not met.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will attract an additional service fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

  • We aim to deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India.
  • If a pin code becomes unserviceable after order placement, prepaid orders will be cancelled and refunded within 5–7 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In case of prepaid orders cancelled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

  1. Returns & Replacement Policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we follow a strict quality-control return policy.

Returns / Replacements Are Accepted Only If:

  • You received an incorrect product
  • You received a damaged, leaked, or tampered product
  • You received an expired product
  • An item is missing from your order

Return Request Timeline

  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear unboxing videos as proof.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, overuse or incorrect storage.
  • Promotional, discounted or combo products may be non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

Replacement Process

  • Once approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped.
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

  1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders in case of:
    • Successful cancellation before dispatch
    • Approved return due to damage / incorrect product
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment source.

  1. Product Suitability & Skin Reactions

Skincare results vary from person to person.

  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full usage.
  • If you experience irritation or adverse reactions, please stop usage immediately and contact us.
  • Product usage issues after opening will be handled on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee refunds.

  • Prepaid payments via Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)

All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Chantely Beauty does not store card or UPI details.
