Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

Returns or replacements shall be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received in damaged, leaked, tampered, or expired condition

  • Missing items from the order

    Once your return product is received and inspected, we shall process the Replacement. If Eligible, delivery will be done within 3-5 working days.

Return Request Timeline

  • Requests must be raised within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery

  • Customers must provide clear images and/or an unboxing video as proof

Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage shall not be eligible

  • Promotional, discounted, or combo products may be non-returnable unless defective

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders

  • Approved refunds will be Credited within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Product Suitability

Customers are advised to conduct a patch test prior to use. Skin reactions or dissatisfaction after product usage shall not be grounds for refunds.
